Explore Waterfalls & Rainforests

Over four days, you’ll discover why the Waterfall Way is one of Australia’s most celebrated scenic drives. Each day combines carefully chosen photography locations with opportunities to capture a wide variety of subjects.

Key locations include:

  • Dangar Falls – a dramatic waterfall near Dorrigo, best viewed in the soft highland light.

  • Crystal Shower Falls – where you can step behind the curtain of water for a truly unique perspective.

  • Hidden gems along the Waterfall Way, from misty creeks to lush rainforests, depending on weather and seasonal conditions.

Workshop Details:

  • Dates: 9–12 October 2025

  • Duration: 4 days / 3 nights

  • Group Size: Max 8 participants (min 4 required)

  • Fitness Level: Easy – suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels (note: October in Armidale can be cool, so bring warm clothing).
